The recent expansion of our Client Services department to ensure that all customer queries are logged & resolved quickly and effectively, underpins our commitment to providing the best possible service. The Claymon Client Services department was created to serve our customers first and foremost. Our clients can communicate their enquiries and whether they are of a technical or administrative nature, they can be confident that they will be dealt with in a professional and expeditious manner.
This is achieved by separating the department from overall Laboratory function thus creating an autonomous Client-focussed department whose sole objective is to ensure that ALL Customer queries are followed up.
We believe that customers do not want to spend valuable time on automated switchboards, pressing digits after a long string of instructions; that is why we ensure that there is a person at the other end of the line to handle the calls. As a mark of our commitment to clients, we have introduced a “Technical Hotline” for Results and test enquiries:
